Ronnie Rich is a former Fat Banker turned CEO/founder of FITBANKER - As former Vice President at JP Morgan living what he thought was the definition of success, very quickly found his busy and “not-so-stressful lifestyle” as a banker combined with what he thought was his healthy traditional Indian vegetarian nutrition/upbringing, led to him being significantly overweight. While still very physically resilient - Ronnie was unable to lose weight no matter what he tried, and also wasn’t emotionally resilient - and realised this after the loss of a loved one when he & his wife had a miscarriage, that led to him stressing with heart palpitations and ended up being hospitalised. While they lost a baby, this moment was the birth of Ronnie’s Health & Leadership journey, as he began to question everything about health:
• Why do we eat what we eat? What role or function does our food play? Is being Vegetarian or Vegan really healthy?
• What causes obesity and fat, and how do we reverse it?
• How do we boost energy, strength & reverse our age?
All these led to Ronnie studying nutrition, health & fitness and aspects of Ayurveda - and deepening his personal development journey, and the launch of FITBANKER. Today with hundreds of lives transformed globally through his model of Transformative Health - across 26 countries, FITBANKER now empowers people to Transform their lives beginning with their health and onward to develop their personal leadership with FITBANKER as coaches on a Mission to Transform a Billion Lives through Education, not Medication. Ronnie also runs an annual 9-day leadership summit on Mount Kilimanjaro.
