I want to tell you my “why” for starting my health journey. It was because I had been unwell for some time. Many years after neglecting my health, I hit a stage where I was constantly falling ill, consulting doctors frequently and on medication.
It was only when I got to my lowest point, that I knew to get better long-term, I had to take charge and prioritise myself and my health, and make substantial changes to improve my immunity. So, I did what everyone does, I started reading what I could; on the internet, in books and magazines. And I was looking for that one thing to make me feel better.
I soon realised, it was more than one change that I needed. I had to make changes to my diet, lifestyle and mindset and find my healthy balance. I decided to study nutrition and qualified as a health coach. I began by making some small but significant changes and slowly my health improved. I now have more energy, better digestion and have found my balance.
I then began working with clients, and they have learnt my unique step by step system, to get to their health goals. One of my intentions is to educate, inspire and empower all those who want to improve their health. I am blessed that I love what I do and have been fortunate that my work has connected me with some amazing people all over the world.
I have coached and helped so many take charge of their health, lose weight, improve digestion, increase energy, regain self-confidence, etc.
