Most diets are giving you conflicting information, leaving you confused and overwhelmed. You can go from low fat to keto or from soups to raw food and are placing yourself in this endless loop of uncomfortable diets.
You go in expecting it to be difficult and that you won’t enjoy it. So, you simply won’t be able to do this for too long, because you feel like you are being punished.
By limiting yourself you end up with intense cravings for foods you miss. So, you can’t stick to the program/ diet and it’s unsustainable.
The dieting mindset wants quick results, and if you don’t see the weight loss or if you hit a plateau, you want to give up because it feels difficult and draining.
