The iGlobal Impact Awards, presented for the first time this year during DiwaliFest2020, were designed to celebrate champions across various fields and honour British Indians making a difference in their own special way in these uncertain times.

The Arts and Culture Champion of the Year shortlist covered bhajan aficionado Bhavik Haria, for his efforts at using music to spread the message of spirituality and healing; Dr Kishan Bodalia for his efforts and balancing a busy National Health Service (NHS) roster with music as a healing touch; Tattva Press for its many initiatives including Creativity in Crisis; and Red Lotus Events’ Pritee Varsani and Mira Salat for their unique touch to traditional Indian art forms.

Catch this interview with the winner, who reveals the motivation behind some of the award-winning endeavours and plans for the future.
