Salman Khan triggers some fitness frenzy with fans for the New Year

Bollywood actor Salman Khan set out some fitness inspiration for his fans in his latest social media post, by sharing a photo flaunting his well-toned biceps.

The popular star behind films such as 'Dabangg' and ‘Sultan’, who recently impressed on screen with his turbaned avatar in the upcoming film 'Antim', shared a picture on Instagram where the fitness loving actor can be seen flexing his impressive muscles.

Looking quite casual and at ease in his latest fitness-focussed image, Khan can be seen sporting a grey t-shirt paired along with a blue beanie and shorts. The post received many millions of likes within four hours of being posted.

On the work front, Salman Khan will be next seen in the New Year in 'Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai', the shooting schedule for which is now complete. Directed by Prabhu Deva, the film also stars Disha Patani, Jackie Shroff, Gautam Gulati and Randeep Hooda in pivotal roles.

Salman Khan was one of the first celebrities to resume work as the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown eased in India. He is currently busy hosting ‘Bigg Boss’ Season 14, which started in October 2020.

The award-winning actor recently celebrated his 55th birthday on December 27, when scores of Bollywood celebrities, including Jacqueline Fernandez, Shilpa Shetty and Ayushmann Khurrana, were among those to shower him with birthday messages on social media. Khan’s 'Kick' co-star Fernandez shared an image, while Shetty shared a post branding the birthday boy a “rockstar”.

"Happy birthday, Rockstar. Thank you for being who you are! Here's to nearly two and a half decades of friendship, bonding, and love. May you be blessed in abundance," she wrote.

Khurrana shared a shirtless video in which he is seen lip-syncing to 'Tumse Milne Ki Tamannah Hai' from Khan’s box-office hit 'Saajan'. Raveena Tandon posted her warm wishes fir the 'Ek Tha Tiger' star along with one of the pair’s famous old-time numbers 'Aa meri life bana de'.
