Bollywood star Akshay Kumar is well known for standout roles and is now gearing up to play another character that is sure to entertain audiences. His new film, ‘Bachchhan Paandey’, is to be released on the festival of Holi on March 18.
Featuring Kriti Sanon and Arshad Warsi in the recent trailer, we see Kriti Sanon’s character convince Arshad Warsi’s to meet Bachchhan Paandey in order to make a biopic on him. The trailer gives a glimpse into the out-and-out entertainer full of drama, laughter and action.

Directed by Farhad Samji, the film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and also features the talents of Jacqueline Fernandez, Pankaj Tripathi, Prateik Babbar, Sanjay Mishra and Abhimanyu Singh.
Talking about the film, Kumar said: "It's always a pleasure to collaborate with Sajid Nadiadwala (producer). He and I go back years, we were friends long before we became actor-producer.
“And one can only imagine what fun it is to work with friends. ‘Bachchhan Paandey’ is my tenth film with him and audiences can expect ten times the entertainment with this one."

Earlier, the makers made slight changes in the film's title which was earlier spelt as 'Bachchan Pandey'.
While sharing a poster on his Instagram handle, Akshay Kumar wrote: "This is one character that has more shades than a paint shop! #BachchhanPaandey aapko daraane, hasaane, rulaane sab ke liye ready hai. Please give him all your love.”
