The upcoming action thriller 'Yudhra' has been making waves ever since it was first announced and new posters featuring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Malavika Mohanan this week are only adding to the intrigue behind this new Bollywood release to hit cinemas on September 20.

Producer Farhan Akhtar took to social media to give fans a sneak-peek with a blood-soaked look of the film, showing Siddhant Chaturvedi in an intense action avatar. Full of anger with a lollypop in one hand and a gun in another, the actor’s shirt and hands display blood stains. The second equally intense poster features the fresh pairing of Siddhant and Malavika, both also covered in blood.

Sharing the poster, Farhan Akhtar wrote: "Anger has a new name. #Yudhra coming to screens near you on 20th September."

While Siddhant underwent rigorous training in mixed martial arts (MMA), kickboxing, and jiu-jitsu to prepare for this action-packed role, the film marks Malavika's first foray into Hindi cinema.

Directed by Ravi Udyawar, ‘Yudhra’ is touted as a romantic action thriller, being produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under their Excel Entertainment banner.

Besides, Siddhant Chaturvedi will be seen in the much-awaited film 'Dhadak 2' opposite Triptii Dimri. In May, Karan Johar made the announcement on his Instagram handle.

Film Review: Kho Gaye Hum Kahan [Where did we get lost]

"Once upon a time, there was a king and there was a queen. They were from different classes, and that's the end of the story," wrote Johar of the film set for cinemas November 22.

Directed by Shazia Iqbal, 'Dhadak 2' is a story that explores love and challenges social norms. The film follows Siddhant's character as he navigates a love story that breaks through societal expectations and class barriers. It is produced by Zee Studios, Dharma Productions, and Cloud 9 Pictures.

The upcoming projects offer the popular new actor behind films like ‘Gehraiyaan’, ‘Kho Gaye Hum Kahan’ and ‘Gully Boy’ a chance to portray his versatility.
