This week, I continue with the theme set for the season – salads with some Radikal twists. Salads need never be boring because there’s a whole world of flavours to explore. We’re lucky to live in a land of diverse, global flavours.
Here is another recipe that follows this path of balancing flavours and textures. This cabbage salad is infused with Thai flavours and has some fun crunch to it too.
