“As there is a science and technology to create external well-being, there is a whole dimension of science and technology for inner wellbeing,” says Sadhguru.

And it is with this core message, that his many “Yoga Veeras” or volunteers from Isha Foundation are organising a broad range of multilingual webinars to spread the message of physical and mental wellbeing for free.

Yoga Veera constitutes a selfless pledge to share tools of inner wellbeing designed by Sadhguru to help people transform and enhance their lives. Isha volunteers who have been deeply touched by their experiences of Isha Yoga and have offered their time, beyond their personal needs, to go through a specific training.

Empowered to offer online sessions, Yoga Veeras will be sharing yogic practices with you to create health, peace and joy over the coming winter months.

“If you are established in Yoga, it gives you a sense of union with everything around you that naturally brings Balance and Blissfulness," adds Sadhguru, the world-renowned Yogi and spiritualist.

Among the online workshops, will include his Isha Kriya – a simple yet potent meditation. "Isha" means that which is the source of creation and "Kriya" means an inward action towards that. This free-guided meditation takes only 12-18 minutes and is an easy to learn process that you can do at home, work, or wherever you are. This meditation can bring clarity, health, and joy.

It will also cover Upa-Yoga, which is a simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system. It is a good starting point for those who are new to Yoga and can be used as a preparation for other Yoga practices. It is based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics.
