The Nehru Centre, the cultural wing of the High Commission of India in London, is back with its second batch of Yoga and Dance courses from April 15.
The duration of the courses would be eight weeks, covering three hours per week), with a new batch starting every two months. The classes are offered free of charge to all Yoga and dance enthusiasts.
The total number of seats under each course is fixed at between 25 and 30 students, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, as the seats are limited.
Yoga for Beginners
