When in doubt, there’s always a bean salad

Beans are a great go-to ingredient for salads, rich in protein and fibre. They are also easy to pick out from your food cupboard when you are looking for different ingredients to change things up on the dining table.

Here’s an easy recipe using the Borlotti bean, a member of the kidney bean family.

This salad is not only bursting with flavour but also ensures you’re getting that much-needed protein and fibre in your diet.
