It’s the start of the holiday period and I wanted to share a healthy dessert that you can make quite easily at home. Have you ever tried a pudding with a quinoa base? It’s delicious and by adding coconut to it, the pudding we get is one with a lovely creamy texture.
This week I’m sharing a Creamy Coconut Quinoa Pudding recipe, which is yet another option of enjoying sweet treats minus too much of the calorie-count guilt that accompanies desserts.
As we deal with tough lockdown measures this Christmas and New Year, we can try our hand at some new dishes with some of the ingredients that offer a healthier and more wholesome experience.
