Healthy breakfast for a hearty start to the day

Sujata Din

Breakfast is an important meal, as when you are feeling satisfied you won’t be craving for sugar or snacking mindlessly in the morning.

Also, you feel more focused and are energised. And I know many are rushed first thing in the mornings and don’t have much time to prepare breakfast. One small tip: make changes a step at a time and always keep it simple, practical and do enjoy what you are eating so you will want to continue.

This recipe I’m sharing is quick and easy and you can also prepare the night before.

Note: I’m using quick oats, as most people don’t have much time in the mornings. If you have time, use rolled or steel cut oats and add more water when cooking it.
