Are you tired of the endless cycle of diets like eating only salads, having meal replacement shakes, counting calories (or points) or fasting?
You're not alone. Many of my clients found that popular diets didn't work for them. These are some of the reasons why:
1. Eating Differently from Your Family
Dieting often means preparing separate meals from your family, leading to a feeling of isolation and making mealtimes less enjoyable.
2. Missing Out on Traditional Foods
Diets often exclude food like rice, roti, curries, etc which leave you feeling unsatisfied.
3. Can't Have Favourite Treats
You had to give up cookies, cakes or other snacks like chevdah or crisps and then felt deprived of the foods you love. This then can lead to cravings and eventually, binge eating, undermining your diet efforts.
4. Socialising Becomes Challenging
Eating out, whether in a restaurant or at someone's home becomes difficult when you are on a diet with limited options. You feel guilty and feel you can only eat at home.

5. Emotional Eating
Many diets overlook comfort eating, and don't guide you on what to do when you feel tired, stressed or feeling unmotivated.
As you can see many diets are designed for quick results, not sustainability, leading to a frustrating cycle of weight loss and gain. They are restrictive, so become challenging to stick with and can quickly become overwhelming, making it easy to give up. But there's a totally different way!
My own unique method which I offer free training for is designed to fit into your life, understanding your needs, preferences, and cultural background. I believe in balance, not deprivation; in sustainable change, not temporary fixes.
