As it is getting warmer staying hydrated is more important than ever. One of my favourite recommendations to help you stay refreshed and energised is coconut water.

Here are six amazing benefits of coconut water:

Hydration: Coconut water is packed with natural electrolytes like potassium, sodium, and magnesium, which help replenish fluids and maintain electrolyte balance in your body.

Nutrient Rich: This natural beverage is a great source of essential vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin C, riboflavin, calcium, and manganese.

Supports Weight Loss: As it's lower in sugar and calories, coconut water is ideal for those looking to lose weight.

I highly recommend including coconut water, especially during the summer and using it to make your smoothies.
