I see so many make this mistake where they go on strict diets. Restricting certain foods or counting calories makes us feel deprived and frustrated; then we end up either giving up or the weight comes back.
It doesn’t need to be about limiting yourself or depending on will power or self-discipline. My clients are seeing results because they find their healthy balance. They enjoy their new habits as these fit into their schedule.
