How to halve that belly in a week

Sujata Din

Menopause is something all of us women have either been through already or will go through.

For many, this is a time of frustration, confusion or overwhelm because of the symptoms they are experiencing.

Some of these common menopause symptoms may be affecting the quality of your daily life.

  1. Weight gain caused by hormonal changes, even though you are still exercising and eating healthy.

  2. Belly fat that makes you uncomfortable wearing your clothes.

  3. Hot flashes, where you get sudden sensations of intense heat, often accompanied by sweating. You feel self-conscious if this happens at work.

  4. Night sweats that require you to change your clothes and bedding and you wake up tired.

  5. Mood swings. You can't understand why you are going through so many emotional changes, including irritability, anxiety, and feeling low.

  6. Sleep disturbances, you either can't fall asleep or have disrupted sleep, resulting in low energy and daytime sleepiness.

  7. Fatigue where you constantly feel tired through the day.

  8. Pain, aches, stiffness, and discomfort in your joints and muscles.

Menopause need not be a time that you dread or worry about. Just by taking charge and control of your health, you can see and feel a difference.

Madhuri got in touch with me, feeling frustrated as she had gone off track. Menopause had not been easy and she gained weight and belly fat. She just wanted to look after herself and feel good again. She told me she wanted someone to understand how she was feeling and to support her.

It's been a week since she started my 28-Day Programme and she is feeling healthier and happier. She sent me a message saying her menopausal tummy has halved and even her friends noticed the difference.
