Feel-good mantras on the road to losing weight

I'm sure you will agree that most people end up feeling so deprived and restricted when they stop their favourite foods, whether it's rice, roti, curries, chocolate, crisps, cake, cookies or chevdah.   

And they do it to lose weight but it feels like a PUNISHMENT as they are unhappy, hungry and tired during these fad diets. 

Today, I want to share aninterview with my client Angie who feels like "She's been let out of jail" and "Not punishing herself anymore" because she feels great and has lost weight whilst eating her favourite foods and never went hungry. 

At 68 years old, with a health condition and having been through menopause, Angie shares how she has made so much progress and she’s “feeling on top of the world”.

She started with me after trying various different diets in the past, where she felt punished and restricted and extremely unsatisfied with her meals. Results would show temporarily, because she regained the weight back soon after, as the diets were unsustainable.   

However, in just a month of my program, her metabolism improved and cravings are gone plus she now enjoys all her meals guilt free and can eat what she wants whilst being mindful.

 In the past her arthritis limited her from exercising, but as she said “the arthritis pain has gone out the window” she is back to enjoying exercising again.  Not only that, with the loss in inches she can wear her jeans comfortably. She is so delighted and she can’t believe it only took her 28 days to see and feel such huge changes from inside out.

Angie's advice is "throw out the diet books" and instead learn how some easy planning and preparation can give BIG results.  For her this is: 

  • Feeling on top of the world. 

  • Metabolism improving tremendously. 

  • Clothes fitting better as has lost inches. 

  • Has absolutely no food cravings. 

  • Sleeping better. 

  • Eating whatever she wants and feels like she has been let out of jail! 

  • Great sense of freedom as can eat everything in moderation and mindfully. 

  • No aches or pains “The arthritis pain has gone out of the window”. 

  • Loves that she is back to regular exercise routine. 

So, don't let your age, health conditions and metabolism hold you back.
