Baby potatoes get a flavoursome twist with this salad

The theme for the summer is salads and here is another of my Radikal takes on the humble potato salad. Salads need never be boring because there’s a whole world of flavours to explore. We’re lucky to live in a land of diverse, global flavours.

In this recipe, I am using a chutney pesto mix to bring that extra dash of flavours to a salad dish that could soon become your go-to party side dish, or just when you want something quick to rustle up in the kitchen.
