The Nehru Centre in London, the cultural wing of the High Commission of India, is hosting a series of free classes that promote some of India’s foremost cultural exports.
The centre will be hosting regular Yoga, Kathak and Bharatanatyam classes on its premises starting next week from February 4.
The duration of Yoga and Dance courses would be for a period of eight weeks (3 hours per week) and a new batch would commence after every two months. The classes are offered free of cost to all Yoga and Dance enthusiasts.

Yoga for Beginners

Note: participants will have to bring their own Yoga mats, sheets, towels, tissues etc.
